St John’s Retreat Centre welcome new schools

At St John’s Ballyfermot Retreat Centre we have had a very busy introduction to 2025 as we have received a number of new schools from a wide variety of socio, religious and economic backgrounds.

Many of the students who now come to us, come with a whole new host of challenges, experiences and needs. However, their resilience, determination and optimism brings a new energy, vibe and excitement to our work. There is a greater need to be flexible, to improvise and to be finely attuned to meeting all these wonderful individuals at the point at which they are at.

As ever, no two days are ever the same in Ballyfermot.
