Formation Programmes

Formation experiences have impact in the past, present and future of each Lasallian. Quality transformative formation experiences favor a re-reading of the past in a way that each person interprets his or her own story as part of the great Lasallian story.

This favours the analysis of the present in order to understand and live the charism in the present circumstances of one’s own context. Effective formative planning and programming teases out the vision of the future so that the Lasallian Family truly shares a common project at the global and local level that is vibrant and life-giving.
